Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally using the shipping method of your choice. Not all items can be shipped internationally. Please use our Contact Us page before placing an International order. 

Please note that customers outside the United States shall be responsible for the payment of any import taxes, duties, tariffs or similar charges which may be imposed over and above ordinary shipping charges.

Primers and Launcher Power Loads cannot be shipped via the US Mail or by any Air Service. These items can only be shipped Ground.

Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days.  A confirmation email will be sent once the item has been shipped.  The email will not only confirm that the item has shipped but it will also provide a tracking number for your order.

Important: As inventory fluctuates, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place the order may, in fact be out-of –stock. IN the event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.  

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
FedEx

Fed Ex Next Day, 2 Day and 3 day shipping options do not count the day it shipped. For example if you select Fed Ex 2 day shipping on Monday and your order ships on Tuesday it will not arrive until Thursday.

Deliveries to Canada take on average 20 days to arrive, depending on the shipping method used. Deliveries to other countries may take longer. To increase shipping security, a delivery receipt may be asked from you by the delivery company.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Cancellations Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at Dobbs Training Center. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, return it within 30 days and receive an exchange, replacement or refund.

Before sending any item back, please Contact Us to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). All returns must be received by Dobbs Training Center within 30 days of the original invoice date. No returns will be accepted or processed unless accompanied by a valid RMA#.

Please include a copy of your original invoice. All returned merchandise must be in new condition. We don't accept returns on worn or customer-damaged items. Books, CDs, DVDs, and videotapes are not eligible for return with the exception of manufacturer's defect (exchange only). Include all original packing (original box, packing material, documentation, etc.). Packages returned incomplete or damaged will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

All return merchandise must be sent to us pre-paid and insured. Items sent COD, "freight collect" or "third party" will not be accepted. If sent by U.S. Mail, it must be registered return receipt and insured.
